We subcontract pre-listing jobs from listing agents in Toronto and the GTA. We schedule each job and coordinate access, and timing is confirmed with you before any job starts.
- Jobs come to you. Listing agents send the work, and we set the schedule with access arranged.
- You are paid after the job. Payment is made once the agent's walkthrough approves the work.
- We check your fit first. We review your rate, availability and service area before we book you.
